How will I help?
At Home:
To help the environment I will help around my home by checking if i can recycle the things that i usually will just throw out in the rubbish. i could also take unwanted clothes or toys to a second hand shop like Vinnies or The Salvation Army. I could save water by not having hot outside showers after a surf or a swim in the pool.
With the Car:
I could save money, petrol and the environment if i walked, rode my bike or caught the bus to Noosa when i got surfing at the points instead of making mum drop me there in the car.
When I'm Shopping:
When I'm shopping i could avoid buying products in Styrofoam containers and buy locally made fruit and veg instead of carrots from Scandinavia or something. I could also not buy products made from endangered plants or animals.
